RSPB Visit

This week we were lucky enough to have a visit from the RSPB (Royal society for the protection of birds).

We enjoyed an assembly where we learnt about different species of birds and then we went outside to explore nature within our school grounds. We used a tally system when looking for different things that affect habitats within our outdoor spaces. We realised that we need more log piles so creepy crawlies have another place to live!

Here are some of our pictures, you can tell from our smiles that we were really enjoying this outdoor learning experience.
