Science Week

Years 2 made paper aeroplanes, paper helicopters and paper gliders during science week. Our aim was to find out which one traveled the furthest. We started by making predictions. Most of us thought the aeroplane would go the furthest because it had a pointy nose.

We worked in groups to make the aircraft of our choice.

We went to the studio with Year one to carry out our experiment, this part was a lot of fun and we did some fantastic learning.

We found that the aeroplane went the furthest because it was the most aerodynamic, it was closely followed by the glider and the helicopter span straight to the ground.
